libcddb2 software package provides library to access CDDB data - runtime files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcddb2
libcddb2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcddb2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcddb2 *
You will get with libcddb2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
